Here's What To Do Now
First of all, my name is Brandy and I'm the original owner of the this home. I bought it a few weeks before they completed construction. It's the first home I ever owned. It's my baby. I lived in the home for two years before buying another home nearby. Since then I've been renting it to others who I know will take good care of it just like I did. If that's you, then I want to hear from you. This NW Raleigh townhome rental is available June 17 2012.
Terms Of The Lease
You will be required to complete a full disclosure application including credit check. The application fee is a non-refundable $40 per adult (to cover the cost of the credit check).
The lease is for 12 months, and can be renewable. And it's just $1,195 per month. A one month security deposit is required.
Utilities
The townhome has electric heating and air conditioning, gas water heater and log fireplace and, of course, running water (with good water pressure in the showers!). All together the utilities range from $90 to $150 per month (hotter or colder months require more heating or AC). You will be responsible for putting all the utilities in your name.
The townhome has multiple cable TV and internet outlets (bonus room, living room and both master bedrooms) and multiple phone outlets throughout. The cost of these utilities vary depending on your needs. Broadband cable internet access or DSL are available.
Bottom Line
You will be hard-pressed to find a nicer, cleaner, more well-maintained home in a better community and more convenient location (RTP is a 15 minute drive) with more features and amenities and cooler landlords (yeah, we're alright), at a lower price. This townhome is exceptional (that's why we're not selling it, and renting instead).
As I mentioned, this house is my baby and I'm looking for tenants who will respect and care for the property. But I won't nag you, and unless you need me, you'll probably only see me once a quarter or so (when I make surprise inspections -- no, that's just a little humor - I won't be popping in unannounced). Ideally, I'm looking for folks like me: respectful, clean, professional, responsible - folks who will care for the property while enjoying it to the fullest!
